Day 161: Thursday, June 10
Caring for this "lil ham" has just hit a whole different level! He's 9 months old & has begun to crawl. And crawl he does! Everywhere! I'm beginning to think that aunt Nea's (that's me) house is WAY TO BIG!

And look closely: there is another tooth coming in! Oh what fun :-)

Day 157: Sunday, June 6
One final school project; Plant Cell diagram using J.ello & other foods.

Day 155: Friday, June 4
Meet the newest Bus Safety Patrol! She has been wearing that belt for DAYS! We do make her take it off to sleep.

Today was also her D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Program) graduation. This program is held during school hours & teaches students good decision making skills to help them avoid high-risk behavior to ensure they grow up healthy, safe & secure.

Day 154: Thursday, June 3
Tyler's last Band concert. Really wish the microphone was moved so you can see him better. This may be his last performance. But we'll see, he said he wasn't going to play this year & he did. Guess time will tell.

Day 152: Tuesday, June 1
We came home from a baseball game to find this fellow in our driveway. Of course the "animal lover" in our home wanted to keep him.
But she finally convinced herself that this Eastern Box Turtle would be much happier in his own habit down by our creek.
Live well "Lucky!" Yes, she HAS to name EVERYTHING she finds!

Your nephew is so cute! Congrats to Nichole on being a Safety patrol. I remember how excited I was when I got to be one. The turtle is cute, but yes - better off near the creek. :)

what great pictures...i love that jello cell, we had to do models and used candy in sixth grade. i also remember the drug prevention course, i loved that! congrats to Nichole for all of the above and the bus patrol, she is such a cutie. is it just me or is it easier to get our girls to participate in the photo ops? lol. tell your son that band is cool, he should stay in...that's coming from a mom who's son informed her that he isn't playing in the band next year either. :( i loved seeing him dress up for those concerts, teehee.
